At ZenSulin, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our products. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer several shipping options for deliveries within the United States:

- Express Shipping — 2–3 business days — $9.95
- Priority Shipping — 1–2 business days — $14.95
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and factors such as weather conditions or postal service delays. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional delivery time and shipping fees.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Sweden, and Brazil.
International shipping rates vary according to destination, package weight, and delivery speed, and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges imposed by their country. International delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@getzensulin.com or call +1 (877) 286-4137. For packages that are visibly damaged on delivery, please take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it if possible.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
