Return Policy
You may return items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the bottles are empty. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Customer Service: Call us at +1 (877) 286-4137 or email support@getzensulin.com to initiate your return. Please have your order number ready.
- Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA): We'll provide you with an RMA number that must be included with your return.
- Package Your Return: Place the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number and a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Conditions of Returns
The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery, and you must have your receipt or proof of purchase. Some items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, including products with broken seals, personalized or custom-made items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we'll be happy to exchange it for the same item — just contact our customer service team. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can address the issue quickly. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and expedite a replacement.
